• These are the terms and conditions that apply to the Secretlab Spring Sale - Bundle Discounts, where a customer may enjoy certain price savings with the purchase of selected bundles of Secretlab products (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion will run from March 20 2025 3AM EST to April 1 2025 4AM EDT, or until such time as may be shortened or extended by Secretlab at its sole discretion (the “Campaign Period”).
• To be eligible for the Promotion, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
  • You must place an order for any bundles listed on the ‘Bundle Up and Save’ promotion page accessible at secretlab.co/collections/promotions?offer=bundle (“Bundle Up and Save Promotion Page”) during the Campaign Period.
  • You must add the respective bundle to cart via the Bundle Up and Save Promotion Page. The bundle discount code will not be applied if you add the bundled products individually from any page other than the Bundle up and Save Promotion Page. Modifications to the listed bundles will not be allowed.
• The complimentary gifts in the Ultimate Chair and Desk Bundle are fixed and cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other product, cash, cash equivalent or credit.
• Products depicted in marketing materials are not exhaustive or representative of all product bundles to which the Promotion applies. Marketing materials may not display all products included in the bundles to which the Promotion applies.
• The maximum savings communicated in marketing materials based on the Ultimate Chair and Desk Bundle take into account the savings you enjoy based on our usual retail price of the complimentary Upholstery Cleaner / Wipes and Cable Anchors.
• Secretlab reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify any aspect of the promotion, including but not limited to the components of the bundle, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• If you wish to return part of the products in your bundle purchase, or to cancel your purchase of part of the products in the bundle you purchased due to a change of mind, the entire bundle discount that was applied to your order will no longer be applicable and will be forfeited. This means that the amount refunded to you for the product(s) you are returning or cancelling will be the discounted price of the product(s) you are returning or cancelling (as reflected in your sales invoice), minus the entire value of the bundle discount that was applied to your order, subject to the following:
  • All products and any accompanying gifts and replacement parts must be disassembled and returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in good condition (e.g. no stains or obvious signs of wear and tear).
  • Damage fees (up to the price of the product) may be deducted from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product resulting from your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of our receipt of your returned product, and will be processed via the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
  • If the discounted price of the product(s) (as reflected in your sales invoice) you are returning or cancelling is less than the value of the bundle discount that was applied to your order, you will not receive any refund and we reserve the right to clawback the remaining value of the bundle discount that was applied to your order.
  • There will be no refund of any shipping costs you paid for your order.
• If you wish to return all the products in the bundle you purchased, or to cancel the entire purchase of the bundle of products you ordered, the amount refunded to you will be the price that you paid for the order, subject to the following:
  • All products and any accompanying gifts and replacement parts must be disassembled and returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in good condition (e.g. no stains or obvious signs of wear and tear).
  • Damage fees (up to the price of the product) may be deducted from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product resulting from your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

• Bundle discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes.
• Only one bundle discount can be applied per order. If you would like to purchase multiple bundles, you can split them into separate cart purchases.
• If your order contains 2 or more items with different shipping dates, all items may only be shipped together at the later date. If you would like to receive your items as they become available, you can split them into separate cart purchases but bundle discounts will no longer be applicable.
• Secretlab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse returns and extension of bundle discounts due to suspected fraud and abuse.
• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• Our Return Policy applies. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions supersede our standard Return Policy.
• Secretlab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its sole discretion.
• Secretlab’s decision shall be final in the event of any dispute arising from this Promotion.
