5 stars would be awarded if it could attach magnetically similar to the headrest. When you stand up, you need to reposition.

The most expensive pillow I ever bought (by far) but it perfectly fits with the chair and after 1 week of use I do not regret it. Being small, the main reason I bought it was to push me 2 inch forward so the back of my knees stop touching the chair, as it should not.
